SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES:
We ship to all 50 states, Washington DC, U.S. P.O. Boxes, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses. The below shipping methods are estimated delivery times in business days and will differ based on your shipping address as well as during peak holiday times.

All orders take 3-5 business days to be processed and an additional 10-21 business days for International orders. International orders may be subject to customs procedures, which can delay delivery times.

SHIPPING COST AND TAXES:
No taxes will be added at checkout and shipping is free for orders in the U.S.
Due to a surge of orders and team members taking time to be with loved ones during the holiday, there is a slight delay in shipping. Your order should be shipped within 7-14 business days. Holiday shipping rates may apply. Our apologies for any inconvenience!
Transit times vary based on location- domestic shipments generally take about 4-7 business days, and international shipments take about 10-21 days. The charges may apply.
The U.S. Department of Transportation requires certain types of items, such as aerosols and some alcohol-based items, to ship only via ground transportation. Unfortunately, we cannot ship these types of items overseas to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally.
UNDELIVERED OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS:
The cost of shipping cannot be refunded for any undelivered or refused domestic shipments. A $25 fee will be charged for any undelivered or refused international shipments to cover delivery and processing fees. To avoid an undelivered or returned package, please double check to make sure the indicated address is correct.
For Canadian and International, we offer Free Shipping on all merchandise orders over $99. The free shipping discount is applied automatically in the cart when the $99 threshold is reached. The free shipping discount applies to First Class shipping with USPS. Orders that do not meet the financial obligations the shipping cost will be calculated at the time of check using USPS calculations. Our packages will be shipped via USPS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
International orders may be subject to import taxes, custom duties, and other fees imposed by your country's customs department. Placing an order on blackblossom.net, the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record. The recipient is responsible for any fees. The recipient must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs policies vary from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.
